Octopus Telecom's IT support team is committed to providing our customers with peace of mind. Various response timeframes are available to ensure the most cost-effective solution. A two-hour response time is also available upon request to ensure a proactive solution for your business. Most typical IT issues will be resolved remotely, but if the situation requires it, Octopus Telecom will provide on-site assistance at no additional charge.
£125 for an hour, £375 for a half-day (up to 4 hours), and £500 for a working day.
up to 8 hours if the client doesn't have an active plan.
