Advertised average speeds are measured using a wired connection at peak time. Wi-Fi performance varies with your router position, equipment, building layout and usage.

Where is Fibre FTTE available?
Service sales are currently available in buildings already connected to the Octopus fibre network. Residents of other buildings can submit a pre-order.
Does the plan include equipment and setup?
Yes. A supported Wi-Fi router and standard setup are included, subject to availability and the applicable residential service terms.
Can a landlord request a building survey?
Yes. Landlords, freeholders and managing agents can contact Octopus Telecom to request a free site survey.
Are the speeds guaranteed over Wi-Fi?
No. Average package speeds are based on a wired connection. Wi-Fi speed depends on the device, distance, interference and layout of the property.
