- the ability to block outgoing calls except for free numbers and emergency numbers is provided free of charge
- the ability to place an order without listing in phone directories is provided free of charge
- additional paid services are available such as: reactivation of a number previously disconnected from another provider, call forwarding, voicemail, selection of a number from an available list, and other services upon client request
- fault resolution time on the Openreach network is up to 5 working days
- convenient payment methods are available: Direct Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or BTC Bitcoin cryptocurrency
