Can we keep our existing number?

Number porting is available for supported numbers. We check eligibility and confirm the expected transfer date before you cancel your existing service.

What contract options are available?

The original VoIP service terms offer a 30-day minimum. Ask us for monthly or 12-month business options; pricing, setup charges and the agreed term are confirmed in your proposal.

Can remote staff use the service?

Internet Phone and Virtual PBX can support remote teams with a suitable internet connection and compatible devices. Configuration and available features depend on the chosen service.

Are calls, equipment and VAT included?

Included calls, destination rates, Caller ID conditions, equipment charges and VAT treatment are confirmed in your quotation or checkout. Do not assume all destinations or add-on features are included.
