Octopus Telecom FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) broadband delivers download speeds of up to 1Gbps across the United Kingdom. If your property has not previously been connected to the full fibre network, a new fibre-optic cable will need to be installed.
Our FTTP broadband packages are available with a range of speeds to suit every household, including up to 50Mbps, 100Mbps, 500Mbps and 1Gbps. As with all residential broadband services, speeds are dependent on network conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Every customer receives a dual-band Wi-Fi router (2.4GHz / 5GHz) at no extra cost.
For larger homes, additional Wi-Fi equipment is available to provide reliable wireless coverage throughout your property. Our technical team also offers remote device management and complimentary preventative maintenance to ensure your broadband continues to perform at its best.
If required, we can also activate our VoIP service, allowing unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles, as well as destinations across the Eurozone, directly from our smartphone app.
All broadband prices remain fixed for the duration of your contract. We accept payment by Direct Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Bitcoin (BTC). Take advantage of our ongoing Refer a Friend promotion and receive one month of broadband free for every successful referral.
